How we work
Our process
The same sequence is followed on a one-room job and on a hotel floor. Skipping a stage is how finishes fail early.

Measurement and design
On-site measurement, then a layout with internal shutter and drawer division. Wardrobe internals decide whether the unit is actually usable, so this is settled before cutting.

Material and hardware selection
Board grade chosen for location — BWP ply for kitchen and bathroom-adjacent units, MR ply elsewhere — with Hettich or Hafele hinges, channels and lift-ups specified by name on the quote.

Cutting and carcass assembly
Carcasses built by our own carpenters, either in the workshop or on site depending on access. Backs and bottoms are fixed, not just pinned.

Surface finishing
Laminate, melamine or spray polish applied as chosen. Because the same firm does the finish, the carpentry is built to suit it rather than handed over to another agency.

Installation and hardware fitting
Units levelled and anchored to the wall, shutters hung, gaps aligned, drawers adjusted so they close flush.

Check and handover
Every hinge and channel operated in front of you. A standard wardrobe runs 7–10 days; a full modular kitchen 3–4 weeks.
Budgeting
What affects the price
We do not publish a single rate, because two jobs of the same size can differ by a wide margin. These are the factors that actually move the number on a quotation.
- Board grade
- BWP marine ply costs noticeably more than MR grade, and is worth it only where moisture is a real risk.
- Hardware selected
- Basic hinges versus Hettich or Hafele soft-close and lift-up systems can change a kitchen quote significantly.
- Finish chosen
- Laminate is the most economical, melamine mid-range, spray polish the most expensive.
- Internal complexity
- Drawers, pull-outs, tandem baskets and corner units each add material and fitting labour.
Site visits and measured quotations are free within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The quote lists materials by brand and product name so you can compare like with like against any other contractor.
