The images below are stock photographs. They show the type and standard of work each project involved — they are not photographs of these specific jobs, and they are not our own before-and-after shots.

    2BHK repaint, RNP Park

    Full interior repaint of a 720 sq ft flat in Bhayandar East. Old distemper scraped back, two coats of wall putty, primer and Asian Paints Royale emulsion. Six working days with the family living in the flat.

    3BHK kitchen and wardrobe surfacing

    Kitchen shutters and two bedroom wardrobes re-surfaced in high-gloss acrylic laminate with machine edge-banding. Carcasses were sound, so only the visible surfaces were replaced — nine days on site.

    Doors and frames melamine polish, Mira Road

    Seven flush doors, frames and a teak staircase railing sanded and finished in matte melamine. Shade matched against the original teak so the newer door blended in. Four days with dust-control sheeting.

    Corporate office fit-out, Airoli

    Interior work across two floors of a corporate campus office in Navi Mumbai — gypsum false ceiling with cove lighting, glass cabin partitions, workstation installation and full painting. Executed in phases over eleven weeks, working nights and weekends so the floor stayed in use.

    Repaint of a 4,000 sq ft office in Vashi. Crack filling, putty and low-VOC emulsion so staff could return the next morning. Work done across three weekends.

    Finishing work for a Starbucks outlet fit-out in Lower Parel — counter fronts and shelving sprayed in Duco to the brand shade sheet, plus wooden panelling polished on site. Completed in a fourteen-night window ahead of store opening.

    Seating banquettes, table tops and back-counter units built and finished for a Starbucks outlet in Powai. Plywood with laminate tops and PU-polished timber edges, installed over nine nights.

    Guest-room furniture polishing at a five-star property in Mumbai

    Rolling guest-room refurbishment at a Taj property in Mumbai. Wardrobes, luggage racks, headboards and writing desks stripped and re-polished in PU, room by room, so occupancy was never interrupted. Roughly six rooms a week.

    Wall panelling, door frames and service doors in a banquet area of a Sofitel property in Mumbai re-polished and touched up between event bookings. Overnight shifts with the area handed back clean by 6 AM each day.

    Restaurant furniture refinishing at a Mumbai hotel

    Sixty-two dining chairs and eighteen table tops from a hotel restaurant in Mumbai taken to our Bhayandar workshop in batches, stripped, repaired and finished in melamine, then returned within four days per batch.

    Seven-storey society building repainted ahead of monsoon. Plaster repair, crack filling with acrylic sealant, terrace waterproofing and two coats of Apex weather-shield. Rope access for the facade, forty-two days end to end.

    Heritage office restoration, Churchgate

    Office in a pre-independence building near Churchgate station. Burma teak panelling, doors and window frames hand-polished using traditional French polish to keep the original character, with lime-compatible paint on the plaster. Five weeks, working around heritage-cell conditions.

    Four-bedroom villa near Thivim. Coastal-grade exterior weather-shield over an anti-fungal primer, interior emulsion throughout, and all external teak doors and pergola timber re-polished in exterior PU. Twenty-six days with a crew staying on site.

    A 3BHK in Salt Lake — POP false ceiling in the living and dining area, TV unit, full repaint and re-polish of existing wooden doors. Nineteen days, handed over furnished and cleaned.
