Akhilesh Enterprises is a painting, polishing, interiors and electrical contracting business operating from Shop No. 04, Sai Mahal Building, RNP Park, Near Maruti Mandir, Bhayandar East, Thane, Maharashtra, 401105. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary (data controller) for any personal data collected through this website.

The enquiry form on this site asks for the following. Only your name and phone number are required; the rest is optional and exists so we can give you a useful answer instead of a generic one.

• Name — so we know who we are speaking to when we call back.
• Phone number — the main way we respond. Most enquiries are settled in one call.
• Email address — used only to send a written quotation if you prefer one, or if we cannot reach you by phone.
• City / area — to work out travel, scheduling and which of our crews covers you.
• Service required — painting, polishing, lamination, spray polish, interior, exterior, furniture or electrical work — so the right person calls you.
• Project type — flat, bungalow, hotel, office, retail, society or other — because pricing and scheduling differ substantially between them.
• Message — whatever you choose to tell us about the job. Please do not send financial details, identity documents or anything sensitive through this box; we never need them at enquiry stage.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the work. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send bulk promotional messages.

When you submit the form, two things happen. The submission is written to our database (hosted on Supabase), and a copy is emailed to our business inbox through the email delivery service Resend so that a real person sees it quickly. Both providers process this data on our instructions only.

Access to the stored enquiries is limited to the business owner through a password-protected admin area on this site.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand roughly how many people visit, which services they look at, and which pages are not working. It is configured with IP anonymisation switched on, so your full IP address is not stored by us.

We do not use Google Analytics to identify individuals, and we do not link analytics data to enquiry form submissions.

How to opt out: install Google’s official browser opt-out add-on, or use your browser’s tracking-protection or “do not track” settings. Blocking it does not affect how the site works for you.

Separately from Google Analytics, this site keeps a simple first-party counter so we can see which pages are read most. It stores nothing but the page path (for example /services/polishing) and a running total of how many times it was opened.

It records no IP address, no device identifier, no cookie and nothing that could identify you. It is a tally, not a tracker.

The public pages of this site set no marketing cookies and no advertising cookies. There is nothing to consent to, so we do not show you a cookie banner.

The only cookie this site sets itself is an admin session cookie, created when the business owner logs in at the admin panel. It exists purely to keep that login session alive and is never set for ordinary visitors.

Google Analytics may set its own cookies in your browser under Google’s terms. The opt-out described above prevents this.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers, lead-generation companies, or any third party beyond the two processors named above — Supabase for storage and Resend for email delivery — plus Google Analytics for aggregate statistics.

If a customer’s photographs appear on this site, they are of completed work only, published with the client’s knowledge, and never labelled with a private residential address.

Enquiries are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards — typically up to two years — so that we can honour workmanship warranties, answer follow-up questions and handle repeat work. After that they are deleted.

Records connected to a completed contract may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it.

Email akhileshenterprises545@gmail.com or call +91 98196 56066 with the phone number or email address you used, and we will action it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason. We aim to respond within 30 days.

This site is aimed at property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a form is submitted by a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
