In Goa we work in three locations — Thivim in the north, Panjim in the centre, and Madgaon in the south. It is mostly hospitality and private villas, with homes and offices in Panjim. Salt air plus a heavy monsoon is a harsh combination: ordinary exterior emulsion chalks quickly and untreated woodwork on a sea-facing balcony fails within a couple of seasons.

Response time for Goa
Goa is project-based. Travel and stay for the crew are included in the quotation and stated as a line item. We arrange a site visit before quoting — for larger villa or resort jobs the visit is free, and for smaller jobs we will tell you the visit cost up front.
Goa exterior work is best planned between October and May. Resort clients usually schedule it against their low season.
For Goa we post a supervisor and crew on site for the duration of the project, with the scope and material list frozen in writing before anyone travels. That is what keeps an out-of-station job from drifting.
