How we work

Our process

The same sequence is followed on a one-room job and on a hotel floor. Skipping a stage is how finishes fail early.

  1. 1

    Load assessment

We list the appliances, ACs and lighting planned, then work out circuit division and the sanctioned load you actually need. Undersized wiring is the usual cause of tripping later.

  2. 2

    Point marking

Switch, socket and light positions marked on the wall for you to see at real height before any chasing starts. Changes here cost nothing; changes after chasing cost plaster.

  3. 3

    Chasing and conduit laying

Walls chased, PVC conduit laid, back boxes fixed. Conduit is used throughout so a cable can be pulled and replaced in future without breaking walls.

  4. 4

    Wiring and DB work

ISI-marked copper wiring pulled in sized circuits, DB installed with MCBs and an ELCB or RCCB, and proper earthing terminated — not looped off a neighbouring point.

  5. 5

    Fittings and second fix

Switch plates, fans, profile and false-ceiling lights installed once painting is done, so plates are not paint-stained.

  6. 6

    Testing and circuit chart

Insulation, earth continuity and RCCB trip test, then a labelled circuit chart left inside the DB so any future electrician knows what feeds what.

Budgeting

What affects the price

We do not publish a single rate, because two jobs of the same size can differ by a wide margin. These are the factors that actually move the number on a quotation.

Number of points
Quotes are usually built point by point — each switch, socket, light and AC point counted.
Concealed or open wiring
Concealed work needs wall chasing, conduit and re-plastering; open casing wiring is quicker and cheaper.
Cable and DB specification
Cable size, brand and the MCB or RCCB rating in the distribution board affect material cost.
Existing installation condition
Old aluminium wiring or an undersized DB usually means replacing rather than extending.

Site visits and measured quotations are free within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. The quote lists materials by brand and product name so you can compare like with like against any other contractor.

Questions

Electrician Work — frequently asked questions

Are your electricians licensed?
Yes. Wiring, DB and earthing work is carried out by licensed electricians to IS standards, with ISI-marked cable and MCBs. We do not use unmarked wire on concealed circuits at any price point.
Can you rewire a flat that is occupied?
Yes, though it is disruptive. We work circuit by circuit so the flat is never fully without supply overnight, and chasing work is confined to society-permitted hours. A 2 BHK full rewire typically takes 8–12 days.
My MCB keeps tripping. Is that a wiring problem?
Not necessarily. It can be an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance, moisture in a point, or a genuinely undersized cable. We do a load and insulation test to find which, rather than simply fitting a higher-rated MCB — that hides the fault and creates a fire risk.
Do you do electrical work on its own, without an interior project?
Yes. Rewiring, DB upgrades, light fitting, switchboard replacement and fault repair are all taken as standalone jobs across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
Will you leave a record of the circuits?
Yes. After testing we leave a labelled circuit chart inside the DB so any future electrician can see what each MCB feeds without tracing the whole flat.
